Passionate Table Tennis Talents Poised to Represent England

The England squad for the upcoming Senior Schools International, set to take place from June 28-30 in Douglas, Isle of Man, is brimming with talented young table tennis players. The 24-strong team includes medalists from the prestigious Butterfly Schools Finals, who will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in the nation’s performance.

Under-13 Category

In the Under-13 category, the squad features the reigning champion Kai Lun Chow, as well as the runner-up, Pablo Ramirez Rioja. The Under-13 Girls’ lineup is equally impressive, with silver medalist Gianna Pang and bronze medalists Alyssa Nguyen and Soraya Rahmani-Walentynska representing England.

Under-16 Squad

The Under-16 squad boasts bronze medalists Victoria Pang, Zac Greenhough, and Francesco Bonato, all eager to showcase their skills on the international stage.

Under-19 Category

The Under-19 category includes girls’ bronze medalist Zarita Lo and Connie Dumelow, who helped her school, Chellaston Academy, clinch the team title.

On the boys’ side, the squad features bronze medalist Nathaniel Saunders and silver medalist Adam Dennison, the latter being a key member of the victorious Grantham College team.

The team events will take place on Friday and Saturday, with the individual events following on Sunday, as players from England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Jersey, and Guernsey compete for the coveted titles.
